Born in the vibrant streets of Mumbai, Mashal Gavale grew up surrounded by the intoxicating aromas of Indian spices and the warmth of family gatherings centered around food. Her grandmother's kitchen became her first classroom, where she learned that cooking is not merely about sustenance—it's an act of love, a celebration of heritage, and a bridge between generations.

After years of training in classical Indian cuisine and studying modern culinary techniques at Le Cordon Bleu, Mashal embarked on a culinary journey across India, learning regional specialties from local masters—from the tandoors of Punjab to the coastal kitchens of Kerala.

In 2018, she founded Incredible India with a singular vision: to create a space where authentic Indian flavors meet contemporary dining elegance. Every dish on our menu tells a story—of tradition honored, of ingredients respected, and of a culture celebrated. Mashal personally curates each recipe, ensuring that the soul of India lives in every bite.
